We are pleased to introduce to all of you Amanda Schamback, who has a legal background as well as extensive commercial real estate and leasing experience. She is a Florida licensed attorney who has specialized in commercial real estate for the past five years.  At Synergy Commercial Real Estate she worked as a tenant representative for TJX Companies (TJ Maxx, Home Goods and Marshalls), Old Navy, Banana Republic and Gap as well as other big box retailers.  She handled site location, site tours and negotiations.  In addition, at American Commercial Realty she worked as the landlord representative for a portfolio of sixteen shopping centers and two office complexes.  There she located new prospects and tenants for existing vacancies, negotiated lease terms as well as the negotiation of all renewal leases with existing tenants.   At Holly Real Estate, she was the landlord representative for the sales of Miami Green, a state-of-the-art green office building project in Miami.  Likewise, she was the tenant representative for professionals seeking office space throughout Dade and Broward Counties.  She has a network of affiliates within the business and real estate arena capable of handling business sales or purchases and all commercial real estate matters.
