11/11/96 was an auspicious day! That was the day that I joined New Castle Realty. The reason that I joined the company was because one of the brokers, Les Stein, had shown my listing a few months before and I was very impressed with how courteous and professional he was.  I made a mental note then that if I ever needed to make a change I would go to New Castle Realty. I have never regretted my decision.  Both Les and Terry have always been there for me whenever I had  a problem and I appreciate the help and advice that they give. Even though I am not in the office, I am working with buyers looking for commercial property and houses as well.    No matter what my questions have been, I have always had great support and fast answers from either Terry or Kathy.  I knew from other New Castle Agents that this office was special, and that's the reasons I joined.  Their advice is always given with courtesy and respect and with a cheerful attitude.   I have friends with other larger companiess that are too  often very unhappy about their lack of support.  The educational offerings at New Castle are varied and they offer way more than other companies.
