Dog Day Afternoon @
New Castle Realty World
In celebration of "National Bring Your Dog to
Work Day" several New Castle Realty World associates took a few minutes off to
"match mutts" to see who was the cutest, the fattest, the best behaved and who

gourmet omelets being prepared by chef Steve. Nearly 40 associates were in
attendance for a fabulous gourmet breakfast, bidding farewell to an old friend
and colleague Carole Scragg who made her announcement that she is going into
retirement as of June 30th, some great drawings for some really cool Iron Canine
Statues from the recent Canine Companions Auction, cash prizes and loads of
Starbucks gift certificates. Special thanks to Carrie Peters and Debbie Tocci

Several New Castle Realty World Associates attended this year's Realty World
National Convention in Las Vegas with Brokers Les Stein & Terry Sweigart. There
were 15 in total at the annual awards ceremony where New Castle Realty World and their
associates took home a combined 8 awards cups including the company itself
receiving the top Platinum cup Award for over $115 Million in Closed Volume and
$2.7 Million in GCI!
The following Associates were present at the ceremony to
receive their personal Cup Awards:

New Castle Realty World proudly attended the Annual
Coral Springs Dog Day Run Gala Auction Night last evening at the Civic
Auditorium in Coral Springs, Florida, to bid on various items of art, trips and
prizes all in an effort to help raise money for the benefit of animal care and
protection in Broward County as well as to support Canine Companions for
Independence, a national organization for canine assistance for our
wheelchair bound friends and family. We have been involved in the financial
support of CCI and Dog Day run for the past 3 years which landed us the Realty
World National Community Service Award in 2005. New Castle Realty World will
also be in attendance at the 2006 Annual Canine Companions for Independence Gala
Event at Sea World in Orlando, Florida in November.

Several folks from New Castle Realty World enjoyed their first time in
attendance of a fund raiser for the local Schott Communities organization for
the handicapped. It was a heart warming event in which thousands of dollars were
raised through corporate sponsors, table sponsors, a silent auction and a live
auction of many donated prizes from friends and supporters of Schott
Communities. The event was hosted by Barbara Parlavecchio Ortis and Pembroke
Pines Mayor Frank Ortis, who along with a whole group of volunteers, really put
their hearts and pride to work to pull off a beautiful night at The Signature
Grand. In attendance from New Castle Realty World were Barbara Parlavecchio Ortis,
Jean and Charles Doran, Dorothea Miller and daughter Wendy Miller, Steve and
Nora Cohen, Les Stein and Gigi and Terry Sweigart. Dorothea Miller made a
substantial bid on the all-day deep fishing excursion aboard Footie's 34' sports
fisherman, but was quickly out-bid by Moshe Morganstern who figured it was the
only way he was going to get a day off from work. All went for a wonderful cause
which should be seriously considered by many more able businesses and corporate
donors over the coming year!

New Castle Realty World received the State of Florida "Spirit Award" from
Realty World Florida at the annual statewide Fun-Fest Rally and Awards Banquet
held at The Hard Rock Hotel. There were offices represented from all over the
state of Florida for the re-scheduled event that was originally planned for last
October. The renowned national real estate circuit speaker Jerry Rossi was the
guest speaker while Barbara Parlavecchio of New Castle Realty World took the
Grand Award for over $25 Million in closed sales for 2005.

New Castle Realty World donates $1,900 to the local
Dog Day Run organization who provides funds and services to Canine Companions
for the Handicapped, the local humane society, wildlife animal rescue efforts as
well as other local animal support systems for their annual fund raising auction
in early March at the Coral Springs Auditorium. New Castle Realty further plans
to be in attendance at the annual fund raiser auction to bid on numerous
wonderful prizes provided from many other local businesses throughout South
Florida. It's a grand event so look for it in early March and come out for the
cause!

New Castle Realty World office survives the wrath of Hurricane Wilma.
Like a needle in a haystack, we received our electric and telephone services
back around noon on Wednesday. No damage to the building, just a loss of business for now
and the appearance of a war-zone outside everywhere you go. We
almost feel guilty for getting back services when so many of our surrounding
neighbors have so little of the necessities, including gas, electric,
telephones, air conditioning, water and food. Thank God Johnny Geeze Pizzeria is
open for pizza and salads! We've heard from most of our agents that everyone
survived fairly well. One of our Davie agents lost her roof in Ivanhoe Estates,
but was not injured. We have heard from many others that they cannot get out of
their houses due to the lack of gasoline. Gas station lines locally are as long
as 4 to 10 hours and more from what we hear on the radio. Nevertheless, none of
us have lost sight of the fact that what has happened to us is far less serious
that which happened to New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. We definitely can say
that we have been blessed!

New Castle Realty World Agents and friends rally for the benefit of Hurricane Relief
at their October sales meeting by conducting a "Massages for Hurricane Relief"
fund raiser at which they raised $1,075.00 for the American Red Cross. Two
professional Massage Therapists, Joanne Potts and Lydia Malcolm were called in
to provide 15-minute massages for a $20.00 donation to the American Red Cross.
When it was all over, nearly everyone was mush and ready for a nap. But most
important the mission was accomplished and we hit our goal of $1,000.00. In
addition, Charlie Kiesel of Kiesel Mortgage Company, Lane Baron of Home Banc,
Candice Murphy-Suarez of Preferred Title Company and David Connolly of Southeast Commercial
Group all attended the fund raiser and contributed as well. Everyone has felt so
bad about what happened up in the Gulf Coast and now we all feel much better for
two obvious reasons; raising the $1,000 and incredible stress relief from the
massages! Thanks to all that participated!!

New Castle Realty World kicks off an all new 4-week Basic Training Course in the New
Castle Realty World Training Center at 12177 Sheridan Street, Cooper City, Florida.
Classes will run from 6:30PM to 8:30PM Tuesdays and Thursdays with a second
course scheduled for mid-October on Saturdays from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. The course
will cover the Real Estate business from A to Z with numerous successful guest
speakers on the Real Estate business, related businesses and affiliates. The
theme of New Castle's training will be "Earning Your Fee Honestly by Working
Like a Professional" and not like a street-walker. This all new Basic Training
course is in addition to the ongoing monthly workshops on interesting topics
like appraising, financing, closings, time management, inspections, legal issues
by local Real Estate Attorneys and an in-process 10-week commercial training
class being conducted by New Castle's Commercial Department Director.

New Castle Realty World and their staff are heading for the Hard Rock Hotel on October
20th & 21st for the Annual State of Florida Fun-Fest Rally at which national
Trainer Bonnie Mays from Louisville, Kentucky, will conduct two days of intense
training for both Brokers and Agents. In between classes agents and their guests
will enjoy lounging by the wonderful lagoon style pool, a little slot and poker
action, dancing and dining in numerous superb clubs and restaurants, a Real
Estate Trade Show and a gala dinner event on Friday night with National
Motivational Speaker Jerry Rossi.

New Castle Realty world sadly says good-bye to a 13-year associate and one of their
favorites, Deanne Yarbrough, who has relocated to the beautiful State of
Arkansas to enjoy retirement. As for her husband Ralph, Deanne says she's going
to keep him real busy with his handyman services so she can afford to feed us
all when we come out to visit. We wish to send Deanne and Ralph all our luck,
thank them for their many years of loyal service and our special friendship. We
also want to send them the message to keep their guest room ready at all times!

Real Estate Division on September 1, 2005 with the cooperation and affiliation of Broker
David Connolly of Southeast Commercial Group, Inc. David
brings to the table 30+ years experience and will be conducting ongoing
training for a select group of New Castle Associates. The company's
primarily focus over the past 17 years has been residential sales but now,
with the assistance of David Connolly, New Castle Realty World will be offering commercial
real estate services to the community.

2005. Very near their record volume of $100 Million in 2004 and on target for a
goal of $120 Million for 2005. Broker Terry Sweigart attributes most of their
success to a combination of record high appreciation rates and having the best
staff of agents in the business. Sweigart suggests that; "professional
flexibility and determination have been the most important issues over this past
year and will continue to be the key to our success in the coming months.
Especially flexibility, because without it, the New Age of the Real Estate
business will pass you by."

Annual Realty World Convention and were awarded with several Multi-Million
Dollar Award Cups ranging from Silver, Gold and the ultimate Platinum Cup. In
addition, the company was awarded the National Community Service Award for their
participation and support of Canine Companions (Companion/working dogs for the
handicapped) and was runner up for the Top National Gross Commissions Award.
Agents and their guests wined and dined throughout the majestical streets of New
Orleans stopping for an occasional street musician, honky-tonk jazz or blues bar
and took plenty of pictures with genuine orbs in them to remind us that there's
no better place to stir the spirits than in the Big Easy!
