Introducing Joyce Stuteville

Joyce is a resident of Pembroke Pines Pasadena Lakes and one of those special few Native Floridians growing up in the Miami area, attending good old Miami Edison High School and a member of the infamous Edison Over the Hill Gang! She is married to Bill Stutteville and has 2 sons and 3 grand children. In her spare time she enjoys decorating, gardening, sewing and has a special love for our mid-state lakes.

 Joyce has been with New Castle for the past 4 years and has been a Realtor for 26 years. Her previous line of business was in furniture. She is a very easy going and sincere person whose message to her clients is as follows: “If you make Joyce your choice for your real estate needs, she will make your best interest her business!”
